well, turkey day has come and gone, and i have to wait another 360 days or so until my favorite holiday comes around again :(
but, for all you christmas lovers, you wait in anticipation for the big day just a month or so away
i hope not too many of you got overly caught up with black friday (the mad shopping day after christmas)
i don't recall see any of you on the news getting trampled on the way into any stores, so that's good
can you believe what people will do to be the first one into walmart? where have all the normal people gone?
anywho, i'm back in school after a wonderful break with friends and family in soCal and . . .
here are a few highlights of the trip:
1. 75 degree weather, we almost went swimming
2. driving my grandpa's 1928 Model A
3. turkey with all the fixings
4. hiking near my grandparents cabin in the mountains
5. spending invaluable time with andrea
6. eating amazing sushi
7. celebrating the first sunday in advent, and learning about how important the 2nd advent is in anticipation of the return of Christ
hope you all had a wonderful break as well
