Chicago! I was in Chicago for work, then my little sister Briana met me there and we had an AWESOME weekend together! It was filled with lots and lots of laughter, acting crazy, great conversations, and enjoying the city. We enjoyed late night restaurants, the trains and buses, eating terrific food, lots of shopping, and the architecture of Chicago. We also enjoyed this amazing store with artfully designed jewelry as well as the Art institute, it's amazing to stand in front of enormous paintings that were done several 100 years ago. I love standing and soaking up the art and the culture of that time, it's really interesting to look how different times portrayed people, faces specifically.

My beautiful sister Briana, our whole lives being able to finish eachothers' sentences or have the same thoughts at the same time. She was my partner in crime as a kid, spending lots of time making clothes for our Barbies and playing with them, and then in college studying for art history tests together, and making a point to visit eachother in the different places life has taken us.

The city view from our boat ride.

Unique fountain with images of people that would change as water would rush over the top and edges.
