back to school again

today was my first day back in davis and school starts monday
i moved some stuff into my new apartment but tomorrow i will move the rest
i'm kind of ready to be back at school but kind of sad that the summer is over aready

my internship in visalia went great and i was able to meet and spend time with some great people
jason pausma, kyle bleeker, the altenas, walhofs, westras, lemstras, the list could go on forever
if any of you are reading this, i hope to be back soon to visit

i mostly worked while i was there, but we did get some chances to do some fun things
one of those was cliff jumping in sequoia national park
here is a pic of me doing my thing from about 25 feet up
it was a rush!
i would highly recommend it even if you are afraid of heights like me

by the way, i really do promise this time to get better at blogging
i just picked up my new computer today and will be using it much more diligently than my old piece of junk gateway (it was five years old, so i should really be more nice to it)
and i actually have a ton of pictures that i am going to try and put up in the next week of so before school gets too busy
